If a customer wants to view the applications that have already been installed in their Autom Mate environment, they can do so by navigating to the Installed Tab:
Users who cannot find a particular application in the Integration section can navigate to the Library Store. This section lists all available applications that are integrated with Autom Mate and are ready to be activated. The Library Store makes it easy for users to find the tools they need and integrate them into their workflow with minimal setup.
Once inside the Library Store, users can see a list of available applications. For more detailed information about a specific application, users can:
Click the Arrow Icon : On the right side of each row in the application list, users will find an arrow icon. Clicking this icon will take them to the application’s Details Page.
Details Page Overview : On the details page, users will find key information about the selected application, located at the top and left side of the screen:
Last Modified : The date and time the application was last updated.

Current Version : The version of the application currently available in the Library Store.
At the top-right corner of the application details page, users will see two important components:

Each application in the Library Store comes with pre-configured actions that define how the application interacts with Autom Mate. These actions cannot be modified or configured by users, but users can view these predefined actions to understand the functionality of the application.
Viewing Actions : Below the top menu, users can see a list of actions that the selected application provides. These actions are preset and provide specific functionalities within Autom Mate. The actions are listed with descriptions that explain their purpose and behavior.
Expanding Action Details : Users can expand each action to view additional details, such as:
Action descriptions.
Usage instructions or configuration comments, if applicable.
While users can view these actions and understand how they work, they cannot configure or modify them. The actions are fixed and predefined by the application provider, ensuring consistent functionality across all environments.
For applications that require credentials stored in Autom Mate’s Vault, these credentials can be accessed through the Connections Tab within the application’s details page.
Vault Credentials: Any credentials associated with the application will be visible under the Connections Tab. Users can view which credentials the application uses, but managing or updating the credentials must be done through the Vault.
To verify that an application has been successfully activated:
Check the Activation Status : After the user activates an application, the button previously used for activation will show the version number of the activated application, along with the word "Activated". This provides clear confirmation that the application is now live and ready for use within Autom Mate.
Always Use the Latest Version: Autom Mate strongly recommends that users download and activate the latest version of any application. Using the latest version ensures compatibility with current platform features and security enhancements.
Understand Predefined Actions: While users cannot configure actions, it is important to fully review the available actions for each application. Understanding these actions will help users implement the application effectively within their workflows.
