The Alerts Page in Autom Mate is where users can view and manage alerts triggered by specific conditions within the platform. Alerts are generated based on predefined rules and are meant to notify users of critical events requiring attention. The Alerts Page organizes these alerts for quick reference and action.
Alert Management in Autom Mate allows users to define when and how alerts are triggered through two main components:
Actioneer Profile: Configures notification channels (e.g., email).
Alert Profile: Sets rules and conditions under which alerts are sent using the selected Actioneer Profile.
Alerts are sent through configured channels like email based on specific rules that users set. Actioneer and Alert Profiles are created and managed in the settings of Autom Mate.
The Alerts Page is organized into columns, each providing critical information about the alert:
The current status of the alert (e.g., active, resolved).
Clicking the "Details" button opens a pop-up that shows:
Actioneer : The notification method used to send the alert (e.g., email).
Profile Name : The name of the Actioneer Profile linked to the alert.
Alert Profile Name : The name of the alert profile that triggered the notification.
Error Message : Any errors encountered while processing the alert.
Result : The result of the alert (e.g., success, failure).

The pop-up includes details about the Actioneer Profile, error messages, and the result of the alert.

Customize the rules in the Alert Profile to ensure you receive only relevant alerts.
Use the "Details" view to investigate any issues or errors related to alert notifications.
The Alerts Page in Autom Mate provides users with a structured and informative view of system alerts. By using the Alerts Page effectively, users can monitor critical events and ensure timely responses to potential issues within the platform.
