Using the Mate Agent

Accessing Mate Agents

On the Mate Agent page, users can:

  • Find Mate Agents: View all configured Mate Agents in the system.

  • Set Time Zones: Configure the time zone for each Mate Agent to ensure tasks run at the correct local time.

  • View Agent and Device Information: Click on the device name to see detailed information about the Mate Agent and the associated device.

Downloading the Mate Agent

Users can download the executable file (.exe) for the Mate Agent by clicking on the Download Mate button. This allows for easy installation and setup of the Mate Agent on the desired device.
