The Autom Mate Platform introduces a powerful and comprehensive monitoring page designed to provide users with detailed insights into their Autom operations and system statuses. The monitoring page is segmented into four distinct sections, each offering in-depth information about Autom statuses and workflows.

Introduction

The Autom Monitoring page of the Autom Mate Platform provides a high-level overview and detailed insights into the status and management of running automation workflows. Users can track and manage workflows that are pending, in progress, completed, and scheduled.

Overview of Autom Monitoring

The Autom Monitoring page gives users real-time insights into their automation workflows. It consists of various tabs that help in understanding the status and performance of workflows at different stages.

Key Features

  • Pending: Displays workflows that are waiting to start.

  • In Progress: Shows workflows that are currently running.

  • History: Contains records of completed workflows.

  • Schedule: Manages workflows scheduled for future execution.

Detailed Tab Descriptions

History

The History section serves as the primary hub for accessing detailed operational data. Users can perform the following actions:

  • View Operation Details: Access detailed logs and comprehensive information about system operations, including Autom Logs. This feature allows users to trace the execution of Autom operations and identify any issues or anomalies.

  • Navigate to Autom Design Page: Seamlessly transition to the Autom design page to modify or enhance Autom workflows. This integration ensures that users can quickly act on insights gained from the monitoring page.

  • Download Advanced Logs: Download detailed logs for offline analysis and record-keeping. These logs can be used for auditing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Autom operations.

  • View Options: Switch between three different views (Autom List View, Single View, and Queue Pool View) to analyze operations from various perspectives:

    • Autom List View: Displays a comprehensive list of all Autom operations with relevant metadata.

    • Single View: Focuses on the details of individual Autom operations, providing a deep dive into each process.

    • Queue Pool View: Shows the queue of Autom operations, offering an overview of pending, in-progress, and completed tasks.

Hints:

In Progress Statuses

  • Navigate to Autom Design Page: Transition to the Autom design page to make immediate adjustments or improvements to active Autom workflows based on real-time data.

  • Stop Autom Button: Allows users to terminate ongoing Autom operations if necessary. This feature is crucial for preventing errors or halting workflows that are causing issues.

  • View Options: Switch between three different views (Autom List View, Single View, and Queue Pool View) to analyze operations from various perspectives.

Hints:

  • Monitor the In Progress tab frequently to track the status of ongoing tasks.

  • Use the Stop Autom Button carefully to avoid stopping tasks unnecessarily.

Warnings:

  • Stopping a task will halt all its processes, which may cause incomplete work.

Pending Status

Using the Autom Monitoring Page

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigating to Autom Monitoring: Access the Autom Monitoring page from the main dashboard. Go to "Management" and select "Autom Monitoring" from the menu.

  2. Viewing Pending Workflows: Check the "Pending" tab to view and manage tasks that are waiting to start.

  3. Monitoring In-Progress Workflows: Use the "In Progress" tab to track the status of running tasks. Stop tasks if necessary using the Stop Autom Button.

  4. Reviewing Workflow History: Access the "History" tab to review logs and details of completed tasks. Use the View Details and Download Advanced Log options for more analysis.

  5. Scheduling Future Workflows: Go to the "Schedule" tab to manage and review tasks planned for the future. Make sure all settings are correct for smooth execution.

Queue Pools

Under each tab, you will see Queue Pool sections where you can follow logs and Autom statuses. Queue Pools help organize and manage tasks better.

Creating a Queue Pool

  1. Navigate to Queue: Go to the queue section under the Management menu from the left main menu.

  2. Create the Pool: Click on "Create New Pool" and fill in the required details.

  3. Assign to Autom: When creating a new Autom, select the created pool to assign it.

Using Queue Pools

  • Follow Logs and Statuses: Monitor logs and statuses of Autom tasks under each pool section.

  • Organize and Manage Tasks: Queue Pools help in better organizing and managing automation tasks.

Additional Features

  • Refresh Button: Located on the left side of the buttons, this feature allows you to refresh the data displayed on the page, ensuring you have the most current information.

  • Search Functionality: Use the search bar to quickly find specific keywords within the logs and details. This helps you find information faster.

  • Adjustable Row Display: You can adjust the number of rows displayed using controls located at the right and bottom sides of the page. This customization helps you view the data in a way that suits you best.
