Flow Monitoring

Introduction

A high-level description of how the Flow Monitoring page helps in tracking and managing the status of running automation flows. This includes the ability to view workflows that are pending, in progress, completed, and scheduled.

Overview of Flow Monitoring

The Flow Monitoring page is designed to give users real-time insights into their automation workflows. It consists of various tabs that help in understanding the status and performance of workflows at different stages.

Key Features:

  • Pending: Displays workflows that are yet to be initiated.

  • In Progress: Shows workflows that are currently running.

  • History: Contains records of completed workflows.

  • Schedule: Manages workflows scheduled for future execution.

Detailed Tab Descriptions

Pending

Lists workflows that are awaiting execution. Fields:

  • AUTOM NAME: Name of the autom.

  • STATUS: Running status of the autom (success or failure).

  • CREATOR: User created the flow.

  • QUEUE POOL NAME: Pool the automs are included in

  • CREATED ON : Create time of the autom.

In Progress

Displays workflows that are currently running. If you need you can stop the flow into the in-progress status. Fields:

  • AUTOM NAME: Name of the autom.

  • STATUS: Running status of the autom (success or failure).

  • CREATOR: User created the flow.

  • QUEUE POOL NAME: Pool the automs are included in

  • CREATED ON : Create time of the autom.

History

Shows records of completed workflows. Fields:

  • AUTOM NAME: Name of the autom.

  • STATUS: Running status of the autom (success or failure).

  • CREATOR: User created the flow.

  • QUEUE POOL NAME: Pool the automs are included in

  • CREATED ON : Create time of the autom.

Additional Information: When an autom has run, you will see the autom log information in the History tab.

  • View Details: Click the "View Details" button to see detailed information about the autom.

  • Open Autom: Click the center button to open the autom.

  • Download Advanced Log: Click the right button to download the advanced log of the autom.

Schedule

Manages workflows scheduled for future execution. Fields:

  • AUTOM NAME: Name of the autom.

  • STATUS: Running status of the autom (success or failure).

  • CREATOR: User created the flow.

  • QUEUE POOL NAME: Pool the automs are included in

  • SCHEDULE AT : Schedule time of the autom.

Queue Pools

Under each tab, users will see Queue pool sections where they can follow logs and autom statuses. Queue pools help organize and manage workflows more effectively.

Creating a Queue Pool:

  1. Navigate to Queue: Go to the queue section from the left main menu.

  2. Create the Pool: Create a new pool in the queue section.

  3. Assign to Flows: When creating a new flow, you can select the created pool to assign it.

Using Queue Pools:

  • Follow logs and statuses of automs under the respective pool sections.

  • Queue pools help in better organizing and managing automation workflows.
