# Welcome to Autom Mate

Autom Mate is an Agentic Service Automation platform. Use it to build automations, configure AI agents, and organize reusable work around a defined service outcome.

Start with the task you need to complete. You do not need to read this guide from beginning to end.

### Choose a small first outcome

Start by reading a known test record or validating a supplied request. Confirm the result before adding record updates, approvals, scheduling, or additional systems. A small working example gives you a dependable base to expand.

The [first automation checklist](/userguide/start-here/plan-and-verify-your-first-automation.md) helps you define that first task. The service guides explain how Engage, Govern, Execute, and Prove organize a broader service lifecycle.

### Documentation scope

These guides cover Dublin Edition 6.0.0 and AI Agent Composer 1.5.3. Screenshots illustrate an Enterprise administrator configuration unless the page identifies an MSP context.

Read [version and capability boundaries](/userguide/start-here/documentation-scope-and-product-versions.md) for edition-specific availability. Replace example names, versions and identifiers with your own configuration, then check the expected result.
